When the category is unclear: the case of ‘semilexical’ items

The SECOND UiL-OTS INTERFRAMEWORK COLLOQUIUM will take place on February 13, 2020. It will be entitled When the category is unclear: the case of ‘semilexical’ items.

The speakers of Interframeworks 2 are Antal van den Bosch (Meertens Instituut), Eva van Lier (UvA), Lauren Fonteyn (Leiden University), Heidi Klockmann (Agder University), and Suzanne Aalberse (UvA).

This colloquium brings together scholars working within different frameworks to discuss a specific topic . The aim is to trigger an interaction between frameworks, to gain from each other’s insights and to identify where the approaches complement each other and where they differ. The question our speakers are invited to answer is: how do we tackle items the category of which is unclear? What does this tell us about categories?

The colloquium will take place on February 13^th in the morning, 2020 (Janskerkhof 15A, room 202)
