Time in Translation – Expert Meeting 1

The Time in Translation-project will organize several small-scale expert meetings during the project.
The meetings will consist of two half-hour talks followed by discussion.
We cordially invite you to attend the first meeting on Tuesday 7 November, 10.30-12.00 (Drift 23, room 0.12, 3512BR Utrecht).
The focus of the meeting will be on aspect from a multilingual perspective.

Our speakers are:

10.30-11.15 Astrid De Wit (Université Libre de Bruxelles): Aspect in performative contexts across languages.
11.15-12.00 Adriaan Barentsen (University of Amsterdam): Using a parallel corpus in comparative Slavic aspectology.
